    Resident feedback summarised below:

    • 7/13 (54%) have solar panels
    • 10/13 (77%) have a compost bin or worm farm
    • 4/13 (31%) have a rainwater tank
    • 1/13 (8%) recycle grey water
    • 11/13 (85%) claim to have a habitat garden with many trees and shrubs
    • 2/13 (15%) have a native bee hotel or hive
    • 0/13 drive electric vehicles

All indicated willingness to live more sustainably.

The Sustainability Survey was live on Your Say from 13 March to 10 April 2019. In that time, 13 community members submitted completed surveys. The results indicate a high proportion of these residents have compost bins, worm farms, solar panels and habitat gardens. However, very few recycle grey water or are yet to possess a rainwater tank or electric vehicle. These statistics will be shared with the Senior Sustainabilty Officer to direct future sustainable initiatives towards weak areas.
