Purpose of this Survey

This survey collects essential information from clubs to assist Council in the fair and transparent allocation of sports grounds and long-term planning for upgrades, facility improvements, and capital works, benefiting your club and the wider community. It supports Council’s decision-making in line with the Sports Grounds Access Policy.

Important Information

  1. Each club must submit one form under its name. Completion is mandatory.
  2. Forms can be submitted by either the club or the association.
  3. Associations please note: submissions must be made for individual clubs. You may submit multiple forms on behalf of different clubs.
  4. Once submitted, responses cannot be edited or withdrawn.
  5. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  6. This survey is in addition to the Expression of Interest process via Council’s online booking process.
