September Update

Council wishes to advise that it has completed the draft HV Evatt Park Spatial Framework. The spatial framework has been guided by our community's feedback, capitalising on opportunities to enhance the recreational and naturalised features of the site.

Background

Council has commenced the development of the HV Evatt Memorial Park Spatial Framework to guide the future management of this local precinct. The Spatial Framework will set a clear vision, alongside a series of actions, to help improve the quality of community amenity and create a more cohesive space.

As part of the preliminary consultation, Council is seeking community feedback on how they currently use the existing facility, and what new features would be enjoyed. The aim of the Spatial Framework is to ensure everyone has access to quality parks and open space, and active and passive recreation facilities.

HV Evatt Memorial Park, Lugarno
