Digital Skills & Knowledge Survey
About this survey
By completing this survey you will help us to identify gaps in local knowledge and skills, and assist us to extend existing digital literacy programs and support delivered to the community through our libraries.
Background
Public libraries are the most heavily used community centres in
Australia, and reach out to some of the most disadvantaged members of
our society. More than half of the population are public library
members, who make over 110 million visits a year to 1,500 public
libraries across Australia.
As an eSmart Library, we use evidence-based approaches, to consider how our library and community can develop smart, safe and responsible digital behaviours.
