Thank you again to everyone who took the time to provide feedback during our consultation periods. Together, these documents represent our corporate framework and sets our communities' vision for the next ten years.

We will update this page when the final versions of these documents are available.

If you would like more information on the adoption of these plans and what was discussed, you can view the papers and meeting recording by visiting our meetings of council page on our Council website.

Background

At the Council Meeting held on Monday, 28 April 2025, Council endorsed for the purposes of public exhibition the draft Delivery Program 2025-2029, draft Operational Plan 2025-2026 and the draft Resourcing Strategy 2025-2026.

Section 405 of the Local Government Act (1993) requires Council to adopt an Operational Plan before the beginning of each financial year outlining the activities to be undertaken that year as part of the Delivery Program.

Council's Draft Delivery Program utilises the pillars of the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) as principal activities for the purpose of defining proposed actions over the next four years.
