PUBLIC EXHIBITION - Draft Amendment to Part C2 - Medium Density Housing in Kogarah DCP 2013

Council at its meeting on 25 November 2019 resolved to exhibit a Draft Amendment to Part C2 - Medium Density Housing of the Kogarah DCP 2013 in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the related Regulation.

The intended outcome of this amendment is to address inconsistencies between Kogarah LEP 2012 and Kogarah DCP 2013 and resident concerns.

How to make a comment:

The proposed draft DCP Amendment will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 22 January to Wednesday 19 February 2020.
