Consultation has concluded

As part of our Infrastructure Program, Georges River Council has scheduled the replacement of the old existing playground within Grosvenor Road Reserve South Hurstville from April until May 2020. It is anticipated the construction of the new playground will take approximately three to four weeks, during which time the playground area will be closed.

The works, which will see a new playground installed in approximately the same location as the old playground, will have minimal impact on the surrounding area. With the exception of some minor trimming of trees, no trees or vegetation will be removed as part of the

Before works commence, Council is seeking community feedback on what features the community would like to see included in the park. At this stage the proposed new playground will include new play equipment, rubber soft fall surfacing, bench seating and installation of a shade sail.
