April Update

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Georges River Business Survey! We received 280 responses and we're looking forward to going through your feedback to see what we can learn and develop to support our local businesses. We'll also be getting in touch with our lucky prize winners - so if you entered be sure to keep an eye on your emails!

Local businesses are an important part of our community and a driving force for local jobs and our future economic growth. The Georges River Business Survey will be run during February/March 2022. Council is inviting local business owners to have their say and take part in the Georges River Business Survey. The purpose of the Survey is to:

	Engage with local business
	Develop a benchmark for future surveys
	Get a feel for local business confidence
	Learn of the challenges for local business
	Inform outcomes designed to support local business through Council's Economic Development Strategy

How to be involved

Community feedback is essential in helping guide us in our decision-making process. We need to understand who our local businesses are and what they need and want from their local Council. Your feedback will help us to understand the challenges faced over recent years and how we can best support you to grow your business locally in the future. It will also inform our Economic Development Strategy which will guide economic recovery and growth across Georges River over the coming years.

We have developed a survey to explore these insights with our community. If you would like to take part in our survey, you can do so by:

	Completing our online survey. Click here or use the links below to submit your online feedback
	Returning a hard copy submission. Hard copies of the survey can be downloaded from this page and will be available at our Customer Service Centres and Libraries.
