The Tom Ugly's Point Reserve Upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to improve the reserve's environmental and community benefits. The upgrade forms part of Council's 2024/25 capital works program.

Across March 2025, we invited our community to view the proposed concept designs and provide feedback. Thank you to everyone who took the time to view and comment on these designs. Your feedback has helped guide the design process to ensure we are meeting our community's needs and use for the space.

We are happy to share that the final concept design for the Tom Ugly's Reserve upgrade has been finalised. We anticipate progress on the project will commence in the 2025-2026 financial year. We will notify our community prior to construction works taking place on the site.
