We are seeking feedback on proposed new and amended Fees and Charges for 2026/27.
Council recently exhibited the Draft revised Delivery Program 2025-29, Operational Plan 2026-27 and Resourcing Strategy 2026-27. These documents explain Council’s planned services, projects, budget, resources and fees for the year ahead.
The adopted 2026/27 Fees and Charges include most of Council’s fees for the year. However, Council is now proposing some additional new and amended fees and charges. These need to be placed on public exhibition before they are adopted.
What are Fees and Charges?
Fees and Charges are amounts Council charges for some services. Under the Local Government Act 1993, councils may charge approved fees for services they provide.
What is being proposed?
Council is proposing a small number of new and amended Fees and Charges for 2026/27. These proposed changes are separate to the Fees and Charges already adopted as part of the 2026/27 planning and budget process.
