February 2021 marks Georges River’s inaugural ‘In Good Taste’ month. In Good Taste is about connecting people to their local community through food, growing local businesses and celebrating the different cultural backgrounds that make up Georges River. If you love cooking and sharing food, there are a couple of ways you can get involved.
Want to show off your cooking skills in front of an audience? Get your cooking game on and be part of a live cooking demonstration at our In Good Taste event taking place on Saturday 27 February 2021 (note the format of event will be dependent on the NSW Health Public Health Orders and COVID-19 restrictions at the time). The cooking demonstration will be recorded and added to Council's Youtube to share with the broader community.
If you are selected, we would cover the cost of ingredients and supply the cooking equipment.
