In progressing the development of the Plan of Management and Masterplan, Council has prepared an Issues and Options Discussion Paper and is now seeking your feedback.

You are invited to comment on this Issues and Options Discussion Paper for Hurstville Oval and Timothy Reserve. Please refer to the attachment and feedback form.

Feedback received in relation to this Issues and Options Paper will be used – along with other information and discussions from other consultation efforts that will be undertaken at the same time – to inform and shape the preparation of a new draft Plan of Management for Hurstville Oval and Timothy Reserve.

The draft Plan of Management will be placed on exhibition to provide a further opportunity for community consultation and input into the development of the final Plan of Management. It is anticipated that the draft Plan of Management will be exhibited in 2019. The final Plan of Management will be adopted in 2019.

Feedback and comments in relation to the Issues, Opportunities and Discussion Paper must be received by 4.30pm 14 December 2018.

During ongoing preparation of the Plan of Management and Masterplan you can remain involved by:

• Keeping informed and aware of project updates through this page and local media; and

• Reviewing the Draft Hurstville and Timothy Reserve Plan of Management when available on this page and making a written submission
