Draft Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Resourcing Strategy
Consultation has concluded
At the Council Meeting held on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 Council unanimously endorsed for the purposes of public exhibition the draft 2022-2026 Delivery Program, draft 2022/23 Operational Plan and the draft Resourcing Strategy .
A Council must prepare a new Delivery Program after each ordinary election of Councillors to cover the principal activities of the Council for the four year period commencing on 1 July following the election. Council’s Draft Delivery Program utilises the pillars of the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) as principal activities for the purpose of defining proposed actions over the next four years.
The Delivery Program and Operational Plan provides information on Council’s key services, projects, programs and budget for the next financial year, the first year of the 2022-2026 Delivery Program. It also includes a full list of all scheduled capital works and all proposed fees and charges. The Resourcing Strategy has also been updated to reflect the content of the 2021/23 Operational Plan.
The Draft Resourcing Strategy contains detailed plans for the funds, assets digital framework and people needed to implement the Delivery Program, and therefore contribute to achieving the goals in the CSP.
Please take some time to review the documents and provide Council with your comments to assist in planning for the next twelve months.
