It shows our commitment to transparency and inclusivity, and that decisions are made in the best interest of the public. It also provides a basis for our engagement framework, which explains how and when we will engage you.

What's changing
Our draft Policy was endorsed for public exhibition at the 16 December 2024 Council meeting. It will be on exhibition from 18 December 2024 to 12 February 2025. The draft Policy is a revision of the existing Community Engagement Policy 2021. The draft Policy includes a number of small changes, including:
